Corbett Booking Online works as a private travel operator for jungle safari booking, hotel reservations, and tour packages. All bookings are processed according to forest department rules and hotel partner policies.

1. Safari Booking Cancellation

Safari permits issued by the forest department are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

In case cancellation requests are accepted before permit issuance, cancellation charges may apply depending on booking stage and administrative expenses.

2. Hotel & Resort Cancellation

Hotel and resort cancellation policies vary according to property rules, season dates, and package type.

Cancellation charges may apply for confirmed hotel bookings, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist season.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original payment method used during booking.

4. Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, completely depend on natural movement and cannot be guaranteed. No refund will be provided for non-sighting of animals during safari.

5. Natural Conditions & Government Restrictions

Corbett Booking Online is not responsible for cancellations caused by weather conditions, heavy rainfall, road blockage, forest closure, government orders, natural disasters, or technical issues beyond operational control.

6. Incorrect Information by Customer

No refund will be applicable if incorrect details such as visitor name, age, ID proof number, safari date, or mobile number are provided by the customer during booking.

7. Booking Modification

Date changes or booking modifications depend upon availability and approval from the concerned authorities. Additional charges may apply for any modification request.
